CRNGO Lamination Stacks Manufacturer

Get more power from your machines with Sino CRNGO Lamination Stacks. Our CRNGO lamination stacks are like the strong heart of your electric motors and generators. We make special Cold Rolled Non-Grain Oriented (CRNGO) steel layers. These layers provide real, measurable improvements in how well your machine works, how much power it has, and how long it lasts. These CRNGO laminations give you great performance without a high price tag. This makes them a smart choice that is a very good value for your money. Think of us as your helpful partner, here to solve your toughest engineering problems.

Our CRNGO lamination stacks are made to prevent energy loss. This means your equipment runs cooler. It also saves you money on electricity bills. Our CRNGO laminations are the perfect choice for any machine with a spinning magnetic field, such as AC or DC motors. We use the best non-oriented electrical steel, which is also called silicon steel. This lets us make a product you can always trust. Our carefully made parts are designed to lower energy waste. They also increase your power and give you performance you can count on. This gives your motors and transformers a real edge over the competition around the world.

What Makes Our CRNGO Lamination Stacks Special?

With Sino CRNGO lamination stacks, you get a powerful set of advantages that make your products better. Our making process focuses on the things that are most important to engineers. This brings real, helpful benefits to the product you are building.

01
1
Steady Power in All Directions
Our CRNGO lamination stacks have magnetic power that is the same in every direction. This is very important for machines where the magnetic field is always spinning. It gives you smooth and steady power.
02
2
Less Wasted Energy
We design our CRNGO laminations to have low energy loss (W/kg). Wasted energy comes from two things: hysteresis loss and eddy current loss. The special shapes we make allow magnetic energy to flow smoothly. This cuts down on both types of energy loss. Our thin steel sheets have an insulating layer. This layer stops wasteful eddy currents, saving a lot of energy and making your machine very efficient.
03
3
More Powerful Motors
We use advanced design and making skills to create complex lamination shapes. These shapes are made to work best for what you need. Our careful stamping process focuses the magnetic power right where it's needed. This improves the motor's power for its size, which lets you build smaller and stronger designs.
05
4
Great for High Speeds
We offer several types of thin CRNGO steel. These materials are very good at stopping energy loss in high-speed motors. This keeps the motor efficient whether it's running slow or fast.
05
5
Reliable Performance in Tough Conditions
Our CRNGO laminations are built to handle very hot or cold temperatures, constant shaking, and harsh conditions.
06
6
Works Well in the Heat
Special insulation coatings keep working even when it gets very hot. This stops short circuits between the layers of the CRNGO lamination stacks and prevents overheating.
07
7
Strong and Tough
We choose the best materials and use a special heating process to remove stress. This makes our CRNGO laminations strong enough to handle the stress from spinning fast and shaking a lot.
08
8
Built Just for You
We can make stacks in any shape or size. If you need a simple EI lamination for a small transformer or a complex shape for a special motor, we can build it. We offer many CRNGO steel grades, so you can pick the perfect CRNGO lamination for your needs.

A Closer Look at Our CRNGO Laminations

To understand why our CRNGO lamination stacks are the best choice, let’s look at the details. The performance of a CRNGO lamination stack starts with the steel we use. We offer many different types of CRNGO steel. Each type is designed for certain performance levels and budgets.

Product Feature

Sino’s Simple Explanation

Why It Matters for Your Machine

Material Grade

We offer many grades of steel, like M270-50A5 and M400-50A5. You can pick between semi-processed and fully processed electrical steel.

Choosing the right grade gives you the best mix of power and price. High-quality steel is great for very efficient motors, like the ones in electric cars (EVs).

Lamination Thickness

Our steel sheets are very thin. You can choose a lamination thickness of 0.35mm or 0.5mm.

Thinner steel sheets are better at stopping a type of energy waste called eddy current loss. This is very important for machines that spin very fast, like power tools.

Insulation Coating

Each steel sheet has a special insulation coating. We offer different types, like a C-3 coating (Organic) or a C-5 coating (Inorganic). This is part of the C-coating classification (ASTM A976).

This special coating acts as a barrier. It stops electricity from jumping between the steel layers of the CRNGO lamination stack. This makes your machine safer and more efficient. We can also use a C-6 coating, varnish, or other coatings.

Magnetic Power

Our CRNGO lamination stacks have a high magnetic power capacity. This means they can hold a lot of magnetic power before they get full.

More magnetic power means your motor is stronger. This is great for big factory machines and the powerful compressors in things like refrigerators. It’s a key part of making strong electromagnets.

Electrical Resistance

The steel we use resists the flow of electricity well.

This feature helps stop wasteful eddy currents from forming inside the steel. It is one more way our CRNGO laminations help you save energy and get better performance.

Stacking Factor

We pack our CRNGO laminations tightly together. The stacking factor measures how much steel is in the stack. A higher number is better.

A high stacking factor means we pack more steel into a small space. This lets you get more power from a smaller stack. It helps you build machines that are smaller, lighter, and more powerful.

How We Make Our CRNGO Lamination Stacks

Making the perfect stator or rotor core takes a lot of care. We control every step of the making process, from start to finish. We turn the best raw steel into a finished CRNGO lamination stack that has been tested for great performance.

Slitting

We start with a large roll of CRNGO steel. We use a special machine to cut it into smaller strips. We are very careful to make sure the edges are clean and smooth, with no rough spots.

Precision Stamping and Cutting

We use high-speed machines to punch and stamp out the shapes for the CRNGO laminations. For very complex designs, we use laser cutting. We can make any shape you need, from a UI lamination to a complex round core.

Critical Stress Relief Annealing

The stamping process creates stress in the steel, which can weaken its magnetic power. After stamping, we use a very careful heating process called Stress Relief Annealing. This step is very important because it:

  • Removes Internal Stress: It gets rid of the stress created during stamping.
  • Improves the Steel’s Structure: It makes it easier for magnetic energy to move inside the steel.
  • Brings Back Magnetic Power: It greatly reduces energy waste and makes the steel easy to magnetize again.

Advanced Stacking, Insulation & Bonding

We carefully put the CRNGO laminations together to build the final stack. We offer different high-quality insulation coatings and ways to hold the stack together. This makes sure your core is strong and works well magnetically.

Table 2: Sino Lamination Bonding Method Comparison

  1. Careful Quality Control: We check every single CRNGO lamination stack to make sure it is perfect. Our quality labs have the tools to check the performance of every stack.
    • Checking for Wasted Energy: We use special tools like Epstein frames and ring testers to promise our CRNGO laminations waste very little energy.
    • Full Magnetic Profile: We create B-H curves, which are like a complete “fingerprint” of the material’s magnetic abilities.
    • Heat Checking: We use special cameras to find and fix any possible “hot spots” in early models without damaging them.
    • Size and Quality Checks: We measure to make sure the size is perfect. We also check for any rough edges or problems with the layers, like separation or parts not lining up.
